Shaun Pearce is a prominent Northern Territory business and community leader, having held many executive and leadership positions, across industries, throughout his career.
With a strong knowledge in business development, leadership, strategy, coaching and mentoring, he combines his coaching skills with his lived experience to tailor coaching programs for executives.
Shaun is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Ironbark Aboriginal Corporation, a position he has held since 2015. Additionally, he is the Chairperson for Tourism Top End.
His previous experience includes over 7 years in Yulara, working with Voyages Indigenous Tourism as the General Manager of the Yulara Community and Indigenous Engagement. Prior to this role he enjoyed a successful 20-year career, locally and internationally, in the printing and packaging industry.
Shaun’s achievements include being named in the top ten national finalists in the Not-for-Profit Executive of the Year category, for the prestigious CEO Magazine’s 2022 and 2023 Executive of the Year Awards.
